COVID 19 Update - August 2020
COVID 19 has impacted everyone's daily lives, and here at Septimus Spares, we have been no different.
We have seen a huge increase of domestic parts sales and enquiries for replacement machines, which has stretched the supply chain somewhat. We are still aiming to provide our speedy service and aim to answer all queries in short order, but there may be times where there is a slight delay in getting back to you regarding your query. Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about you!
We have experienced some delays with deliveries, both from suppliers and parcels being sent out due to our delivery services being overwhelmed with a huge increase in demand for their services. We are currently experiencing delays with Parcel Force deliveries and as such are unable to guarantee a next day service. If you require this service, and we cannot fulfill it, we will be refunding your postage charge but will still dispatch your order on a next day service once we receive the items into stock.
There is currently an extended delay for items being shipped into the UK from overseas, but we aim to advise our customers as soon as we receive notification of any delays to out of stock items.
Currently, we cannot guarantee a normal service to overseas customers. We have experienced some parcel delays of up to 5 weeks in some instances.
Although it sounds all doom and gloom, we are happy to advise that in the vast majority of cases, we are able to fulfill orders within the requested timescale.
