If your item doesn’t fit or you have changed your mind you can return for a refund within 14 days of delivery. You will need to pay the cost of carriage to return the item to us. Items must be in re-saleable condition, they must not have been fitted/used and must be in the original and undamaged packaging. The customer is responsible for ensuring goods are correctly packaged. We cannot accept items for return that have been damaged in transit to us.

Before returning any item;
You must request a Returns Authorisation Number by contacting our technical team either by calling 01944 790052 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. On acceptance, we will issue a RAN by email, this number must be clearly marked on the external packaging (DO NOT write the RAN on the item packaging, this will mean the item is now NOT re-saleable).
You must return the goods within 30 days of an RAN being issued.
Please ensure you retain proof of postage in case items go missing.
Septimus Spares disclaims any liability for goods returned without their written consent. The Firm disclaims liability for any return whilst in transit to Septimus Spares. Septimus Spares reserves the right to charge a 20% handling charge where this is justified i.e. items that have been imported specially. A successful return will be refunded within 5 days of the item returning to us.
